Last night was the annual Wave of Light. Our candle was lit from 7-8pm, imagine all the candles shining bright for our babies gone too soon. I loved the pictures that were sent my way of candles for Lola, it is nice when she remembered. We have used the same candle for the past sixteen years and though its flame is still strong and radiant, I know it is nearing the end. I hope we can make it to her 18th birthday and Wave of Light with it. This candle has traveled and moved with us from California, Key West, Sarasota, and to here in Celebration. It seems like such a tiny object but the symbol of this candle could move mountains and my love for it. It is part of my peace and remembrance of sweet Lola Grace. She is always shining bright in my heart and mind.
